Upon placing an order you will receive an automated copy of your order and, once your order has been fully processed you will receive a personalised email indicating delivery time.
Aristo Fashion strives to ship all orders as soon as they have been manufactured according to your individual specifications (such as size, colors, yarns). However this sometimes may take some time because of the knitting by hand, and you will always be advised of the parcel's shipping date.
All orders are sent via Registered Post and parcels should be delivered to you within 5 business days, however please allow up to a few more days. All orders above 1000 Euros will be shipped by UPS.
Postage flat rate for all orders for delivery world-wide is 12 Euros.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The total satisfaction of our customers is Aristo Fashion’s primary concern. Our customers may return or exchange any item for any reason whatsoever. The following conditions apply to all returns and exchanges:
# All items returned to Aristo Fashion must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached and in the original box. This does not mean you cannot try the item on, rather it cannot be worn as a normal item of clothing for any period of time.
# You must indicate your intention to exchange / return within 5 business days of the date of delivery. This can be done by email or phone to Aristo Fashion. Customers must quote their name, address, original invoice number, the item being returned, if it is an exchange or a refund, and if it is a refund you require, the new item you would like.
# The returned item must be received by Aristo Fashion within 10 business days of the date of delivery via Post Registered or Express Post
# In the case of items being exchanged, we will re-send the new item free of additional charges.
# Exchanges: Upon receipt of the returned item, you will be shipped your exchange item immediately and emailed confirmation of this.
# Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned item, the refund will be processed to the credit card with which you originally paid for the item, unless you have advised of another account you wish credited. You will be emailed confirmation of this.
# Aristo Fashion is not responsible for any item that is not returned in new, unused and unworn condition. We do not sell pre-worn garments and will not accept the return of any item which is considered used.
